Comments	Myself and the boys ran. Tam went along but didn't run. Adam avg's basically 6 minute mile, I was at a 7 minute mile, and chance a 8 minute mile. Knees felt a little bad the last 1/4 mile; maybe fro poor form. Time was a little faster than last year, w/ not much training (again); so I'm satisfied.
